How we explain it
Children can open this short lesson before they practice.

- Leaves make food. We eat the leaves of lettuce.
- Flowers make seeds. Seeds grow into new plants.
Example: What do flowers help a plant make? Flowers turn into fruit with seeds inside. Answer: seeds
