Caring for Nature
Small actions that help plants, animals and the land.
What your child practises
Practises simple actions that care for nature, such as protecting a habitat, reducing waste, reusing and caring for plants and animals, and the idea that many First Nations, Métis and Inuit communities today learn from the land. First Nations, Métis and Inuit ways of knowing differ among Nations, and this unit only introduces the idea.
