How we explain it

Children can open this short lesson before they practice.

  1. A pattern repeats the same part again and again.
  2. Find the part that repeats.
  3. Say it out loud to find what comes next.

Example: red, blue, red, blue, red, ? The part that repeats is red, blue. After red comes blue. Answer: blue
